with this one. My base card is 5 x 10 1/2, and scored at the 1 1/2 inch mark and then 2 1/2, 4 1/4, 6, 8 1/4 inch marks. I layered in on a piece of cardstock. I used the new set from Kim Hughes - comforting hugs. I just love this set. I then used the copic mkrs and colored them all in and cut them out of my cs and adhered them to the folds. The sentiment is popped. You can't see it in the picture. I sponged the background to blend. Very cute. The back side of the folds are blank to write stuff. Hee! Hee! Enjoy. Bloomin Babies!

My Neice is having a baby and she doesn't know what she is going to have.
I was initially stumped and couldn't come up with a decent card for babies, then I had a Duh! Ding, Ding, Ding moment when I used the button to the center. I thought that I would do something a little different to these babies. I made them flowers. It was so cool when I finished. She is going to love it.

Always thinking of you!

I made this card for a girlfriend of mine. I am always thinking of her. She has had a really ruff time with one of her girls. She has been sick on and off for a few years. Now symptoms are coming back again (nervous!) and so off to the hospital again. To compound it she is a fellow scrap and stamp girl and her house was broken into and they stole all kinds of stuff including her camera and lenses, memories, and hubbys wedding ring. so sad... anyways she has a great attitude about it. I say glad it wasn't a home invasion when you all were there. We had an aweful one a few months ago the Pettit family in Chesire, CT They killed the mom and two kids and tried to the father but he made it. I would want to die if my family was wiped out. anyways she has a great outlook on things. and I am glad that she wasn't home at the time. So, I am thinking of you girl.

Dishing the Dirt!

This was a great inspiration to gardening. I have been working really had on my gardens this year. I do have to say that I haven't really enjoyed them because the rain had made them come and go really fast. It does look cool that there is something blooming and makes for interesting colors. I also had some great inspiration from one of the blogs that I surf. I do get some really great ideas, paper combos, and layouts from them.
