A Note of Thanks

Emily had her concert this week. I was so having issues with my camera....Even the camera on my phone would not focus. I guess the photo op was out. this time. Next time. She played very well. I can tell that she is very bored. I hope that she doesn't get discouraged and not want to play anymore. She is a natural and was doing all kinds of projects and solo's and mentoring other students last year. Now she is in a new school and main streamed and they are doing the same book as last year which is already mastered and NO solo's and NO extra projects and nothing to make her special and frankly is a ticket for disaster with Eme. She is a type of child that has to be challenged. We will see. Anyways, I made this card in honor .... MFT weekly sketch challenge. MFTWSC21.

You go girl! I am so proud of you for Many reasons. Keeping up with the challenge for 12 days. Winning of course. Emily won one of the Challenges... Day 8 of the Anni-Verve-Sary challenge on SCS. I am also proud of you that we did a lot of it together .. Mother and Daughter..
I love the fact that she can come in my craft room and get to work. I really don't like her using the paper cutter so I do that for her. She has some really good ideas. Check her stuff out on SC she is Emesoda.

Have an Awesome Mother's Day

My daughter Emily made this card for her grandmother this Mother's day. I do have to say that she is very talented and very critical of her work. I was working on my mother's day card for my husbands mother. I will show you after this entry. Anyways, Eme worked very hard on her card. Using some of the same embellies as I used on Bryan's Mom's card. She is so adorable. She wrote in the inside: Dear Grammy, I hope you have a awesome Mother's day. PS: Tell Poppa he' working to hard! Love Emily with lots of love and and then she drew pictures of her and Grammy in the inside... Oh so cute!
