Joy is in the Air!

Well tis the season and it is off to a good start. I think that people are definately thinking twice about buying to buy. Really think about what is going on and not going crazy this Christmas season. I know I am. Things are especially tight this year. I am going to make most of my gifts with the talents that I use all the time and I think that it will be MORE special to receive a homemade gift than a tacky something or other that you'll never use or wanted. So Use what you have girls.
Anyways, I went on the CHF blog and was scrolling around and came across a similar card and loved the layout so I stamplifted this great layout. I hope you like it.

Sunny Sunset

I went on the CHF blog today. I did try out some really cool techniques. If you get a chance head over there and check them out. Here is the Link for it.... CHF The technique is very easy. All you do is take a baby wipe and fold it a few times and then take re-inkers and drip a few drops on the crease and then swipe over a piece of glossy cardstock. Very cool. Then I took a abstract stamp and black in Voila! :) May have to do a xmas card.

Whimsical Wishes to you!

I had a great time at Stamp Sista's. It has been two months since I been (Sounds like confession, Huh! Hee Hee!) anyways. We had a great time talking about new products coming up, new techniques, and casual talk. Thanks Tracie Great technique for me to make this card girl. I will have fun with this for a while.
Deets:
Stamps: Hero arts whimsy background, Sentiment from CHF- forest friendzy, Paper: Black, More Mustard, Cool Caribbean Ink: Momento black, white pigment Accessories: Stickles (mulitple colors), Chalks, MS leaf punch, SU! ticket punch Ms edge punch.
Technique: Stamp the paper with the pigment and brush over it with chalks- the different colors its ok it can be messy and the trick is that you then wipe it off with a Swiffer dry (it works better than a paper towel) I popped a few things and stickled. Pretty cool Huh!
